Modern Farmhouse

My clients were planning a large kitchen renovation in this gorgeous home situated on a peaceful piece of farmland.  They kitchen designer they worked with provided some 2D drawings but my clients wanted to experience the full effect of the renovation (which included removing a wall).  They also needed help in determining finishes and lighting that would complement the adjoining keeping room.  They decided to repurpose their formal dining room into a music room which showcased their antique baby grand piano and move the dining table into the keeping room space.  They wanted a small seating area next to their new dry bar but the layout was dependent on some of the kitchen renovation.  We worked out a plan that would accommodate everything, which gave my clients with the confidence to move forward with construction. They also needed an update to their main floor bathroom which included a new vanity, lighting and tile in the shower.
